As the seasons shift and the leaves begin to fall, this program invites you to embark on a transformative journey through the elements. Over the next eight weeks, we will align our practice with the rhythms of the Earth, using yoga, breathwork, and contemplation, to explore grounding, release and renewal. Each week will focus on one ot the natural elements , offering you the opportunity to connect deeply with your body, mind and the changing season. Through this practice you'll learn to harness the energy of transformation, destruction, and creation - to let go of what no longer serves you and invite new growth. This program is designed not just as a physical practice, but as a sacred journey into the underworld of you own experience, allowing you to emerge more grounded, empowered, and aligned with your true nature.
