Through massage, craniosacral therapy, yoga, breathwork, and seasonal wellness practices, we help you release tension, restore balance, and rediscover your innate vitality. Re-Wilding Wellness offers holistic bodywork and seasonal wellness practices to help you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms.

Dahlia Flower

Gentle, hands-on therapy to calm the nervous system and restore balance.

Orange Dahlia

A blend of deep Swedish massage and craniosacral therapy for both physical relief and deep stillness.  

Pink Rose

A 3-month personalized wellness journey integrating bodywork, movement, and mindful practices for deep transformation.

Spring Yoga

As nature awakens, so can you.  This 6-week yoga program is designed to help you shed the heaviness of winter and step into the energy of renewal, movement, and growth.

Each 60-minute weekly class focuses on:

* A featured yoga pose with deep anatomical exploration

* Breathwork & mindfulness practices to awaken your body

* Seasonal wellness tips to align with nature’s cycles

* A curated playlist to enhance your experience

* Journaling prompts for self-reflection and renewal

Whether you’re seeking more energy, balance, or a deeper connection to your body, this program will guide you toward ease, strength, and clarity—just like the natural world in spring.

My name is Cara Reid

I am a Registered Massage Therapist, Certified Craniosacral Therapist, Certified Yoga Instructor, BodyMind Coach, and Somatic Breathwork Practitioner.

I work with individuals who suffer with chronic pain and discomfort, people who struggle to sleep well, and those of you who want to explore what a somatic journey can look like for them. I believe that all of us have the capacity to heal ourselves and I love working with people who want to embrace their own wellness.
